Expected Merit of MBBS 2020

MBBS and BDS
closing merit for the year 2019 for medical colleges of Punjab was high. The
last merit for MBBS remained 91.5455 and that for BDS 93.5000 percent.  The entry test conducted by UHS was easy
which resulted in an overall rise of merit. In 2018 this merit was 89.1485 and
89.0455 percent respectively.

For the year
2020, MBBS and BDS closing merit is expected to be more than 91.5% and 93.5% respectively
in Punjab due to high marks of students in F.Sc. This is due to the grace marks
which were given to students due to the COVID-19 pandemic in F.Sc Pre-medical.
